1. Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of specific words and terms used in this document are as follows. These definitions apply consistently throughout the terms and conditions.

2. Membership and Account

3. Payments and Financial Transactions

All rules relating to financial transactions on baji999 are described in this section.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used for deposits on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed quickly; however, baji999 will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor's system.

3.2 Withdrawals

Members may withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Identity verification for the relevant account is mandatory before a withdrawal request is approved.

3.3 Security and Fraud Prevention

If suspicious financial activity is identified, baji999 may hold any transaction or conduct an investigation. Transferring funds from another person's account into a member's account, or receiving funds into another person's account, is strictly prohibited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers on baji999 are governed by the conditions below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never treated as direct cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time during a promotion, unless an exception is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• baji999 reserves the right to modify, amend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If a breach of bonus terms is detected, the bonus and any winnings earned through it may be cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotions

baji999 offers various promotional deals including weekly deposit bonuses, cricket bonuses, slots bonuses, birthday gifts and referral bonuses. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is launched.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

baji999 has set the following rules regarding placing bets and playing games.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The member bears full responsibility for any bet placed by mistake. baji999 reserves the right to correct any abnormal outcome in a bet result caused by a system error.

5.2 Determination of Results

For sports betting, international standards and the decisions of the relevant governing body of the event are considered final in determining results. In casino games, the result of the Random Number Generator (RNG) system is final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any automated bot or software to play games or place bets is prohibited.
• Placing coordinated bets against each other in order to accumulate bonuses is prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical error or loophole in the platform is strictly prohibited.
• If a member is found to be involved in any of these activities, their account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Maximum Win Limits

baji999 sets maximum win amounts from a single bet for certain games or events. These limits may change over time and are communicated on the platform in a timely manner.

6. Responsible Gaming

baji999 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of stress or financial difficulty. In line with our Responsible Gaming Policy, members are encouraged to game with awareness.

6.1 Self-Control Tools

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If an account is terminated, baji999 will consider returning funds that were legitimately earned (not through bonuses or fraud). No funds will be returned if the termination is due to fraud.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining funds will be provided before closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under applicable law, baji999 is exempt from liability in certain specific circumstances.

9.1 Technical Issues

baji999 will not be held liable for any loss caused by server errors, internet disconnections, cyber attacks or third-party system failures.

9.2 External Causes

baji999 will not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives or any other circumstances beyond its control.

9.3 Member's Own Decisions

The member is fully responsible for any financial loss from betting or gaming. baji999 does not guarantee winnings — gaming inherently carries financial risk.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

baji999 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

10.1 Notice of Changes
